Government of Bihar  have taken steps forward by formulating  RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE ACT  which promises to

 provide  the necessary

documents on time without making round of the  government offices. With the implementation of this Act, people after applying for various

certificates can easily get them within the prescribed time. These certificate includes those related to income ,character, residential, caste, mutation and 

driving license and their renewal.
